Product overview
The main components of this series of automatic quantitative packaging scale are: feeding mechanism, weighing mechanism, pneumatic actuator, bag clamping mechanism, dust removal mechanism, electric control part, etc. The system equipment is usually used for fast and constant open bag quantitative weighing and packaging of solid granular materials and powder materials, such as rice, beans, milk powder, feed, metal powder, plastic particles and various chemical raw materials.
Main features
1. The control core is composed of PLC, touch screen and weighing system, which improves the weighing control accuracy and stability of the machine to the maximum.
2. The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel except the frame, which can be used for corrosive chemical raw materials.
3. Centralized dust removal, no dust pollution in the workshop, easy to clean residual materials, and can be washed with water.
4. Pneumatic bag clamping device, good sealing, replaceable size, can adapt to a variety of sizes of bags.
5. Optional feeding mode: double screw, double vibration, double speed free feeding.
6. With belt conveyor, sewing machine, folding machine or heat sealing machine, it can become a complete set of packaging system.
