Product Overview:

Dustless feeding station (also known as sacks feeding station, bag breaking station,sack opening stations). It is a manual equipment for manual dumping of small baged powder or granular materials into downstream hopper. It is widely used in plastic, chemical and food industries, as well as various additives, lime powder and PVC powder feeding operations. This equipment adopts a new type of dust collecting device, and is equipped with vibrator to assist the discharging process, so that there is dust, smooth and no waste of materials in the whole feeding process. It is an ideal manual feeding station and we can design the product with the bag opening, discharging, product storage, dust collection, dosing and conveying all be done in single unit.

Working Process:

It makes the material fall into the hopper by gravity, then complete the discharging work by manual bag removal and automatic dumping. The equipment is equipped with filter cleaning device and exhausting fan to filter out the dust produced in the dumping process, and blow the clean gas into the atmosphere so that the manually working more easily in a clean environment.
