Dustless feeding station (also known as inverted bag station, dumping station and manual unpacking machine) is a manual equipment for manual dumping of small bag powder or granular material into downstream hopper. It is widely used in plastic, chemical and food industries, as well as various additives, lime powder and PVC powder feeding operations. This equipment adopts a new type of dust collecting device, and is equipped with vibrator to assist unloading, so that there is no dust, smooth and no waste of materials in the whole feeding process.

Working process:

Through manual bag opening and automatic dumping action,the material falls into the storage hopper by gravity to complete bag opening and unloading.
