2. Working Process:  

The unloading function of large bags depends on the equipment support, electric hoist, bulk bag hanger, bag binding device, flapping device, etc., which is semi-automatic operation.  

First, prepare for unloading.  Manually push the button, move the electric hoist or use the customer's own crane and other lifting tools to move the hanger above the bag.  Hang the bag rope on the hanger, and ensure that the bag rope will not slide after locking.  The manual operation controls the electric hoist to lift the bag to the appropriate position, and then runs along the walking guide rail to fall above the unloading area Manually pull the unloading port of the bag into the discharging valve, and press the bag clamping button. The cylinder will lock the bag mouth, and then the bag is pulled down from the discharging position manually, and the outer side of the discharging pipe in the discharging sealing box is covered.  Press the pneumatic control switch of the flapping bag mechanism to make the sealing flange drop and press it tightly on the end of the discharge pipe to seal the discharge channel to prevent dust leakage.  Then, manually unbag, and finally, close the operating door, the discharge preparation process is completed.  

Then open the bunching mechanism in the unloading valve, at this time the unloading port of the bag is opened, and the material starts unloading along the pipeline under the impact of gravity.  At the same time, through  PLC control system, supplemented by regular directional flapping actions,faster discharging the powder particles into the hopper.  And by other pneumatic or vacuum conveying device, deliever quantitative material to the specified working interval.  

After unloading is completed, open the operation door, tie the bag, the binding mechanism is loosened , and the electric hoist is manually operated to lift and lift out the empty bag.  The whole unloading process can be controlled by adjusting the opening and closing action of the binding mechanism, so that the unloading process can be stopped as needed and the material can be supplied according to the quantity.
