The use of liquid filling machine has brought great convenience to our enterprise production operation, its high efficiency is obvious to all, but the machine will inevitably appear more or less problems, the following is the common fault diagnosis and solution of liquid automatic filling machine

Fault problem 1: if we are in the filling of large specifications, the tank filling is insufficient, resulting in unstable liquid level. The result is inaccurate filling.

Solution: the problem can be solved by increasing the feeding amount or re closing the ball valve, re setting the filling time (lengthening the filling time) and slowing down the filling speed.

Problem 2: if the time does not change after adjusting the number dial or unit.

Solution: turn off the power and turn it on again.

Fault problem 3: if there is sufficient feeding in the material tank, the liquid level is stable, and the filling quantity is not accurate.

Solution: there may be debris blocking the filling channel. Check the inlet of the material trough or in the filling mouth, and clean up the sundries.

Fault problem 4: if there is a drip problem after closing and stopping the liquid filling.

Solutions: 1. The filling nozzle orifice may be damaged. Take out the filling nozzle to repair the orifice. The diameter of the orifice shall not be greater than 7.5mm. After repairing the hole diameter, gently smooth the hole surface on the water abrasive paper.

2. The ball valve in the filling head is damaged and needs to be replaced.

Fault problem 5: if the filling switch is not touched, the digital indicator LED of time relay will not flash.

Solution: the injection switch may be damaged or the base of time relay may be loose. Replace the same type of injection switch or press the base of time relay tightly.

Fault problem 6: if the filling switch is not touched, but the digital LED indicator of time relay flashes.

Solution: 1. Check whether there is air pressure or whether the air pressure is too low. If it doesn't meet the air pressure requirements, we should adjust it in time, and then turn it on for observation.

2. If the air pressure meets the requirements, it may be that the solenoid valve coil is damaged or the pneumatic valve core is stuck by stolen goods. You can pull out the power supply, open the board, rotate or press the button next to the corresponding solenoid valve coil with objects. If the valve can change direction, it means that the solenoid valve coil is damaged. If it cannot change direction, it means that the valve core is stuck. You can replace the solenoid valve coil or disassemble the valve for repair.
