T-Bag unpacking machine is an automatic T-Bag material unpacking and unloading equipment, which can unpack the powder packed in T-Bag in a completely closed environment. In addition to the closed unpacking, the machine body is also equipped with a special dust removal and adsorption device, which can effectively absorb dust. After the material is disassembled, it can be directly transported to the designated position through the pipe chain conveyor.
The ton bag unpacking machine will lift the ton bag to the feeding port with electric hoist or customer owned forklift. The ton bag recycling type unpacking machine is to manually open the discharging port of the packing bag, open the flow control valve and the attached vibration discharging device, so as to make the powder and granular materials in the packing bag fall into the hopper below by self weight. The non recyclable bag removal of ton bag is automatic bag breaking by cutter device. The cut residual bags and materials slide into the roller screen for screening, and the bag collector is equipped to recycle the waste bags. The clean materials fall into the storage hopper, and then are transported to the place needed by the next process through the pipe chain conveyor and pneumatic conveying system.
