Aperture control valves, also known as iris valves,diaphragm valve, are designed to handle dry solids in large bag unloading stations and other gravity discharges of free-flowing materials in dustbins, bulk bags, chutes and hoppers.

The design of iris valve is composed by a stainless steel control ring, a metal handle and latch, and a smooth actuator. In addition, a fitted fabric or TPU sleeve provides a dust proof, sealed environment and the product barrier to prevent material leakage into the atmosphere.
