working principle
The pneumatic pulverizer, cyclone separator, dust collector and induced draft fan constitute a complete set of pulverizing system. After being filtered and dried, compressed air is injected into the crushing chamber at high speed through Laval nozzle. At the intersection of multiple high-pressure air streams, the material is repeatedly collided, rubbed and sheared to crush. The crushed material moves to the classification area with the upward air flow under the action of fan pumping force. Under the strong centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating classification turbine, the coarse and fine materials are separated, The fine particles meeting the particle size requirements enter the cyclone separator and dust collector for collection through the grading wheel, and the coarse particles drop to the crushing area for further crushing.
Performance characteristics
With vertical grading device, the product size D97: 8-150 μ M can be adjusted, with good particle shape and narrow particle size distribution.
It can be used in series with multi-stage classifier to produce products with multiple particle sizes at one time.
The equipment is easy to disassemble and clean, and the inner wall is smooth without dead angle.
The whole system is closed crushing, less dust, low noise, clean and environment-friendly production process.
