The three-way shunt valve consists of valve body, valve plate seat, valve plate and air cylinder. The valve body is divided into three cavities A, B and C connected with the outside world by valve plate seat. Sealing materials are installed between the valve body and valve plate seat. The valve plate in the cavity is connected with the air cylinder through a connecting shaft, and the gas flow direction in the pipeline is changed by changing the position of valve plate; Because of the heat exchange through the regenerator, the working temperature of the shunt valve is low, and there is no special requirement for the material of the shunt valve.
However, due to the requirements of continuous production, the shunt valve needs to overcome the dust wear in the flue gas, as well as the impact of corrosion. The mechanical part needs to ensure the wear caused by frequent switching of components, which requires higher reliability and working life.
