Product overview
The horizontal spiral belt mixer is composed of U-shaped container, spiral belt mixing blade and transmission parts; The outer spiral collects the material from both sides to the center, and the inner spiral transports the material from the center to both sides, forming convective mixing. The screw belt mixer has a good effect on the mixing of viscous or cohesive powder particles and the mixing of liquid and paste materials in powder particles. The cylinder cover can be made into a full open door to facilitate the cleaning of the equipment and the replacement of products.
Main features
1. The machine is a horizontal cylinder with single axis and double spiral belt symmetrical distribution structure. The mixer cylinder is U type, and there is a feed inlet on the top cover or the upper part of the cylinder. The cylinder is equipped with a single shaft rotor, which is composed of a shaft, a cross brace and a screw belt;
2. A pneumatic (manual) flap valve is installed in the center of the bottom of the cylinder. The arc valve is tightly embedded in the cylinder and is flush with the inner wall of the cylinder. There is no material accumulation and mixing dead angle phenomenon. Reliable edge seal ensures no leakage in frequent switching;
3. Compared with the continuous spiral belt structure, the broken spiral belt structure can produce more shear motion to the material, and can make the material form more eddy current in the flow, accelerate the mixing speed and improve the mixing uniformity;
4. A jacket can be added outside the mixer barrel to cool or heat the material by injecting hot and cold medium into the jacket; Generally, industrial water is pumped into the cooling system, and steam or electric heat transfer oil can be introduced into the heating system.
