Ⅰ.Main Structure>>>

1. The equipment support;

2. Electric hoist;(also can use customer's own crane, forklift and other lifting equipment)

3. The ton bag hanger hanger (cross)

4. The clip bag device (clip bag);

Ⅱ.Working Process>>>

1. By forklift or push the button of electric hoist which was intalled at the equipment bracket, through the manipulation of forklift or manually make the bag fixed on the cross hanger to lift the bag to the to feed inlet.

NOTE:NO PERSON STAND UNDER THE BULK BAG.

2. The clip bag device fasten on bulk bag, then the operator opening the bag apart by hand in specific working zone.

NOTE:REMEMBER CLOSE THE DOOR IMMEDIATELY TO PREVENT DUST.

3. Open the control valve and the accompanying vibration or tapping device, by flapping, vibration, and gravity, to make the powder block broken down into the buffer silo.Then to finish the following weighing and deliverying actions.

NOTE:IN ADDITION ,QIANGHAN MACHINERY PROVIDE CUSTOMIZED SERVICE.Some auxiliary devices as aperture valve at feeding inlet.The rotary valve,disc valve, vacuum feeding machine, screw conveyor, chain conveyor at discharging part.
