1、 Product overview

It is suitable for horizontal or inclined conveying of powdery, granular and small pieces of materials, such as coal mine, ash, slag, cement, grain and so on. The material temperature is less than 200 ℃. It is not suitable for conveying materials that are easy to deteriorate, viscous and caking.
2、 How it works
Screw feeder - the screw feeder detects the weight of the material passing through the weighing bridge to determine the weight of the material on the belt. The digital speed sensor installed at the tail continuously measures the running speed of the feeder. The pulse output of the speed sensor is proportional to the speed of the feeder. The speed signal and the weight signal are integrated into the feeder controller, The microprocessor in the controller generates and displays the cumulative / instantaneous flow. The flow rate is compared with the set flow rate, and the inverter is controlled by the output signal of the control instrument to change the driving speed of the feeder, so that the material flow rate on the feeder is changed, which is close to and maintained at the set flow rate, so as to achieve the requirement of quantitative feeding.
3、 Use and maintenance
a. If the feeder is used for batching and quantitative feeding, it should be installed horizontally in order to ensure the uniformity and stability of feeding and prevent the material from flowing. If it is used for continuous feeding of general materials, it can be tilted down for 10 ° Installation. For viscous materials and materials with high water content, it can be tilted downward for 15 ° Installation.
b. The feeder after installation shall be provided with a 20 mm swimming clearance, horizontal and flexible connection for suspension device.
c. Before the air test, all bolts should be firm once, especially the anchor bolts of vibration electromagnetic, which run continuously for 3-5 hours, should be re tightened once.
d. During the test run, the two vibrating motors must rotate in the right direction.
e. During feeding, the stability of amplitude, current and noise should be checked frequently during operation. If any abnormality is found, it should be stopped in time.
f. The electromagnetic bearing should be filled with lubricating oil once every two months, and once a month in high temperature season.
