Product introduction
The activation hopper (also known as the vibration hopper) is a new type of feeding equipment, which is installed in the lower part of various silos. Through vibration, the material can be activated, which can effectively eliminate the arching, blocking and sticking of the material, and solve the problem of difficult discharge of the silo.
application area
Activation hopper (also known as vibration hopper) is widely used in chemical industry, building materials, metallurgy, machinery manufacturing, grain and food processing, feed processing, environmental protection, ceramics and other industries.
working principle
It is a hopper with automatic directional feeding by means of vibrating directional mechanism. Vibrating hopper is often used in the loading and unloading device of machine tools, and is widely used in the industries of instruments and electronic components. The vibrating hopper works stably and is suitable for all kinds of small workpieces that have been partially finished. The vibrating hopper has a certain versatility. When it is used for different workpieces with similar size and weight, only the directional mechanism needs to be replaced (see loading and unloading device of machine tool).
The vibrating hopper is composed of hopper, directional mechanism, supporting spring, electromagnet and base. Most of the hoppers are disc type (there are also straight grooves), and there are spiral inclined grooves inside the disc. The directional mechanism is arranged near the outlet of the chute, and the workpiece moves along the inclined chute when passing through the outlet. The supporting spring is usually 3 or 4 leaf springs, which are installed obliquely. Electromagnet is used as vibration source, connected with AC power supply or connected with half wave rectified pulsating current. The armature is installed at the bottom of the hopper, and the air gap can be adjusted. After being electrified, the electromagnet sucks and discharges the armature at a certain frequency, so as to drive the hopper to rotate and vibrate up and down under the support of the inclined supporting spring. Some vibrating hoppers do not use electromagnet to excite, but use cam, crank connecting rod mechanism or eccentric block to produce vibration.
