Ceramic pipe
Ceramic pipe (wear-resistant), is a high-tech production process - self ignition high temperature clutch synthesis method. The tube is composed of corundum ceramic, transition layer and steel from the inside to the outside. The ceramic layer is dense corundum ceramic (Al2O3) formed at high temperature above 2200 ℃. The transition layer forms a firm bond with the steel tube.
Performance characteristics
1. Good wear resistance: the lining ceramic layer of wear-resistant ceramic elbow is wear-resistant engineering ceramic, its hardness (HRA) ≥ 84, and its wear resistance is more than 10 times that of high chromium wear-resistant cast iron alloy pipe fittings. The actual wear-resistant service life of 5mm thick ceramic layer is equivalent to that of 50mm thick wear-resistant cast steel.
2. Corrosion resistance: different wear-resistant ceramic materials are selected, which have excellent corrosion resistance to different corrosive media, strong corrosive media such as acid, alkali and salt, and halogen corrosion resistance.
3. Good high temperature resistance: the wear-resistant ceramic has the high temperature resistance of more than 1200 ℃. Through reasonable design and different composite methods, the wear-resistant ceramic pipe fittings can operate for a long time in the humidity range of - 50 ℃ to 800 ℃, especially suitable for high-temperature burners.
4. Equipment lining. The lining engineering ceramics have high strength, high hardness, excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
5. Reduce the project cost: wear resistant ceramic pipe fittings are mainly used for liquid-solid two-phase flow substances with conveyor belt particles and corrosive media to replace expensive stainless steel pipe, high chromium cast steel pipe and cemented carbide wear-resistant pipe, which can directly reduce the project cost and prolong the service life.
6. Long life. The product is cost-effective and can save the cost and time of maintenance and material replacement. The manufacturing process is simple; Light weight, convenient transportation and installation.
Scope of application
1. The power plant boiler pulverizing system pipeline, including pulverized coal pipeline, coarse and fine powder separator pipeline, coal drop pipe, primary air pipeline, secondary air pipeline, tertiary pipeline and burner pipeline of combustion system, slag discharge pipeline, powder return pipeline and dry ash conveying pipeline of ash removal and slag discharge system;
2. The steel plant raw material pipeline, receiving pipeline, dust removal pipeline, ash discharge pipeline, ash dropping pipeline, batching and mixing pipeline, grinding outlet pipeline, coal-fired pipeline, pulverized coal pipeline, separator pipeline, burner square pipe and other wearing bends;
3. The outlet pipe of separator, inlet pipe of separator, dust collecting pipe, outlet pipe of vertical mill, circulating pipe, air pipe of high temperature fan of coal mill and blanking pipe of cement plant are worn;
4. Petroleum, chemical industry, mining, coal, coal washery, smelting, papermaking, aluminum, building materials, powder engineering, grain machinery and other processing and conveying materials of various pipe fittings.
