Pneumatic vacuum feeding machine utilizes the compressed air to produce high vacuum through vacuum generator to realize material transportation. It does not need mechanical vacuum pump. It has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, low noise, convenient control, good elimination of static electricity and good compliance with GMP requirements.
The high vacuum produced by the vacuum generator eliminates the stratification of the transported materials and ensures the homogeneity of the mixed materials. It is a suitable for automatic mechanical feeding of tablet press, capsule filling machine, dry granulator, packaging machine, pulverizer and vibrating screen.
When the compressed air is supplied to the vacuum generator, the vacuum generator will produce negative pressure to form a vacuum air flow. The materials are sucked into the suction nozzle, and the formed air flow will pass through the suction pipe and reach the hopper of the feeder. The filter completely separates the material from the air. When the material is full in the silo, the controller will automatically cut off the air source, the vacuum generator will stop working, and the gate of bin will automatically open, and the material will fall into the hopper of the equipment. At the same time, the compressed air cleans the filter automatically through the pulse back blow valve. When the time is up or the material level sensor sends out the feeding signal, the feeding machine will be started automatically.
