Dumping station
Dumping station (also known as bag dumping station and manual unpacking machine) is a manual equipment used to manually dump small bags of powder or granular materials into the downstream hopper. It makes the materials fall into the hopper by gravity through manual bag removal and automatic dumping. The equipment is equipped with filter cleaning device and exhaust fan, so that the dust generated in the operation can be filtered by the dust removal device, so that the manual can work easily in a clean environment.
Workflow
Through manual bag removal and automatic dumping, the material falls into the hopper by gravity to complete bag removal and unloading. The filter cleaning device and exhaust fan are installed inside the equipment to filter out the dust generated in the dumping process and discharge the clean tail gas into the atmosphere, so that the workers can work easily in a clean environment.
