Product Description:
The hermetic glove box bag unpacking machine is suitable for unpacking and unloading toxic materials. It can be widely used in medicine, metallurgy, chemical industry, food and other industries to separate bags and materials without polluting the environment or human contact.
Equipment composition:
The system consists of feeding gate, window, safety screen, filter system, dust collection system, air bag, control system and so on.
Working process:
When the material in the bag needs to be transported to the next process, the bag is manually placed into the glove box through the feeding gate. Then close the feeding gate and cut the bag through the operable gloves. The operator can check the internal situation of the glove box through the window. Dust in the unloading process can be collected through the dust removal fan. Vibrating screen (safety screen) can block the excessive foreign materials, while qualified materials can be smoothly discharged to the next process.

For example, we can integrate crushing, magnetic separation design, and join the conveyer, such as vacuum feeding machine, activating hopper and other equipment, to make an unloading station for multiple use.
