Sqhcb series automatic unpacking machine is used for unpacking and discharging of bagged powder and granular materials. In the fields of chemical industry, petroleum, building materials, metallurgy, electric power, food, medicine, grain, environmental protection and other fields, the automatic bag removal and unloading operation of dry powdery materials, such as nitrate lime, magnesium oxide, quartz sand, limestone, sawdust, protein powder, activated carbon, milk powder, PVC powder, fly ash, urea, clay, gypsum, cement It can automatically remove bags and discharge materials by belt conveyor, automatic bag breaking by cutter device, automatic bag separation and discharge by vibrating screen. The materials fall into the hopper by gravity to complete the bag removal and discharge work. The dust generated in the operation is filtered by the dust removal device, so that the workers can work in a clean environment.

1. The bag breaking process and material separation process are all closed, and each process has dust collection device, no dust leakage, low noise, improve the working environment of workers.
2. Only one or two people need to place the bags on the belt conveyor, which reduces the working intensity of workers.

4. After special design, the broken packaging bag is perfectly separated from the material, and will not be mixed into the material or hung in the separation device.
5. The device can count automatically, and the amount of bags can be set arbitrarily. When the amount of bags is reached, the device will stop automatically.
6. In case of equipment failure, automatic alarm, emergency stop, protect equipment and avoid personnel misoperation.
7. After bag breaking, discharging and separation, it can be used together with other conveying equipment to complete the functions of powder conveying and storage.
8. It can handle different sizes of bags without adjusting the equipment.
