Summary：

Automatic emptying machine is mainly used for bag unloading of powder and granular materials. Every step with dust collecting device, no dust leakage, low noise, improve the working environment of workers.

It consists of automatic feeding device, through the bag powder material conveyor automatically transfer to 45 degree Angle of slide, and to by its gravity along the slide down to the silo, in the process of decline by rapidly spinning blades will cut the bags, the residual bag and material into the bag for screening separator.

The material separated from the separator is collected by the material collector and been transported to the storage container by the bucket elevator (dense phase pneumatic conveying device or dilute phase pneumatic conveying device can also be used to transport to the material to the storage tank).

The damaged bags, impurities and agglomerated materials separated by the separator are transported outside. The dust caused in the process of cutting bag is captured and shaken into the material collection by cloth bag filter.

The dust produced in the operation is filtered and purified by the dust removal device of the equipment, so as not to pollute the environment and enable the factory operators to work continuously in a clean environment.
