Product introduction:
Pneumatic conveying tank is the most commonly used and cost-effective positive pressure conveying equipment in pneumatic conveying system. It is usually used in long-distance batch feeding system. It is suitable for conveying various fragile, abrasive and non abrasive materials under the conditions of high pressure, long-distance and high solid gas ratio. Such as quartz sand, plastic particles, etc. The whole conveying system is composed of pressure vessel, electric control system and conveying pipeline.
working principle:
In the feeding process, the material is added into the sending tank through the double butterfly valve or expansion butterfly valve, and the replaced air is released through the exhaust valve, which makes the feeding easier and eliminates the reverse pressure that hinders the material flow. When the sending tank is full (up to 90% of the tank volume indicated by the level meter), the feed valve and the exhaust valve are closed and sealed at the same time. Then, the compressed air is added to the top of the sending tank through the inlet valve, and the added compressed air is mixed with the materials. When the pressure in the tank reaches the set value, the bottom discharge valve will be opened automatically, and the pressure will be applied to the whole conveying pipeline, Then the material is transported in the form of plunger until the material is empty. When the pressure in the sending tank drops to zero, the pneumatic supply is shut down, and a small amount of residual gas is discharged from the sending tank and transmission pipeline.
