Pneumatic pressure feeding tank is the most commonly used and cost-effective positive pressure conveying equipment in pneumatic conveying system. It is usually used in long distance intermittent feeding system.
It is suitable for working in high pressure, long distance and high solid gas ratio, such as the transportation of various fragile and abrasive and non-abrasive materials. such as quartz sand, plastic particles, etc. The whole conveying system consists of pressure vessel, electric control system and pipeline.
1. High conveying pressure, up to 0.5MPa, realizing long distance (100-300ms) powder conveying.
2. High solid gas ratio and low gas consumption.
3. The equipment has high adaptability and versatility, and will not impact on the quality of the material in the process, which can meet the transportation of fragile and strong abrasive materials.
4. One point to multi-points feeding can be realized.
5. In low working pressure (generally 0.1-0.2mpa), it can effectively reduce the pipeline abrasion and the compressed air consumption while improving the conveying efficiency.
6. High degree of automation, microcomputer control, simple operation, dynamic display of operation status, fault alarm, sensitive response, complete processing functions, remote operation and manual functions, flexible, convenient and reliable operation and management.
7. Reliable operation of the system: the bin pump is small in size and light in weight, and easy to install and maintain. It can be directly hung under the dust hopper of the dust remover, and can also be opperated by feet.
8.The system configuration is flexible and convenient, the main action parts and pipelines are matched with standard valves and instruments in strong interchangeability.
