1、 Overview

The unpacking machine is equipped with electric hoist to lift the materials above the frame of the unpacking machine, and then slowly drop. In the process of slowly falling, the material bag is manually disassembled from the discharge port or the bottom of the material bag is cut open by the cross cutter (optional), and the materials slide down by gravity, so that the powder and granular materials in the ton bag fall into the hopper by gravity to complete the unloading work. The device can effectively protect the production environment, reduce the work intensity of workers, improve the production efficiency at the same time, and solve the problem that the big bag is not easy to discharge due to moisture absorption. The discharge port of the unpacking machine can be combined with screw conveyor, belt conveyor, elevator and pneumatic conveying device. For easy to raise dust materials, it can be fully enclosed structure, equipped with special dust collector, and can also be connected with on-site dust removal system.
