1、 Blockage of conveying system

1. If the particle diameter exceeds the maximum limit of the material conveyed by the powder feeder, the particle diameter of the material conveyed by the powder feeder should be less than 2 ~ 3mm.
2. If the conveying capacity of a single machine exceeds 50t / h, the conveying capacity of a single machine should be between 2-50t / h, and the equivalent length should be within 500m.
3. The poor reliability of gas source (generally roots blower, high pressure centrifugal blower or air compressor) is also a reason for pipe blockage. The air pressure of powder feeder should be 0.02 ~ 0.1MPa.
4. Manual feeding. The conveying process should be carried out in a fully sealed environment
5. The viscosity of the powder will also cause pipe plugging, which requires a higher performance of the fluidizing device of the powder storage bin

1. Check whether there is a gap at the pipe connection and equipment welding? Regular maintenance is required.
