1、 Causes of failure of automatic packaging machine equipment:
(1) The environment of packaging machine production site is not good
1. The influence of high temperature and humidity on the machine (22 ± 2 ℃ is the best temperature, the relative humidity is 55 ~ 60%). If the original fit is changed due to the expansion of parts in the environment with high temperature and humidity, resulting in loose fit or increased wear, the service life of the machine will be greatly affected, especially the sliding seat made of non-metallic materials. When parts move relative to each other, they are prone to failure due to deformation. Some components and parts will be damaged seriously, and even stop production for repair.
2. The influence of more dust on the machine. If the equipment is in the environment with more dust for a long time, when the dust falls into the relative movement of the components, the components are easy to wear, and the parts are loose when the machine is moving, which will cause uncoordinated action.
(2) Packaging material failure
The quality of the packaging film is not good, the tensile force can not meet the required requirements, resulting in insufficient overlapping width, loose packaging, and the shape can not meet the requirements.
The quality of the packaging film is poor, the trimming is too rough, the shape of the hot seal is irregular, the product can't be close to the product when it shrinks, the shape error can't be accurately transported in place, and the channel is easy to be blocked, resulting in shutdown and poor transportation.
2、 Fault types and solutions of automatic packaging machine:
Packaging equipment failure is generally reflected in three aspects: transmission failure, material and product conveying failure and product missing failure.
1. Transmission failure
The performance of transmission failure is system failure, mechanism running out of synchronization and so on. This kind of fault is generally caused by improper operation, equipment vibration and fastener loosening. Once the fault occurs, it often causes major damage to the equipment and long downtime. Therefore, this kind of failure should be resolutely eliminated.
The main measures are strict operation procedures, strengthen equipment maintenance and equipment pre repair, and eliminate the fault in the bud.
2. Transportation failure of packaging raw and auxiliary materials and products
The fault mainly includes the product blocking in the conveying channel. In addition to the reasons of the raw and auxiliary materials mentioned above, there are also improper adjustment of the channel size of the equipment and dirt in the operation channel. After the fault occurs, the equipment can stop automatically and operate manually. There is a safety risk during this period.

3. Product missing fault
Due to the adaptability of raw materials and products for transportation and packaging, the equipment is not shut down in the packaging, but the packaged products are missing or increasing. At this time, multiple defense lines should be set up in the later process for control, and the matching between equipment and the cooperation between actions should be adjusted to the synchronous state, Maintenance personnel should be familiar with the working principle of the equipment, and be good at adjustment, and make regular correction, so as to effectively work before the failure frequency occurs.

1. Through the understanding of the reasons for the deterioration of the technical status of the equipment: strengthen the training of the technical level of the maintenance team, strengthen the experience exchange in the maintenance, improve the maintenance level, discuss and carry out the technical transformation together, and eliminate the technical deterioration at the source.
2. Find out the weakness of equipment management, strengthen the attention and improvement of equipment environment, strengthen the cleaning and maintenance of operation staff, strengthen the regular maintenance and adjustment of maintenance personnel, and clarify and supervise the implementation from the system.
3.
