How to maintain and clean the automatic packing machine? Daily maintenance must ensure that the inside and outside of the computer instrument box are clean and dry; Regularly check the wiring terminals for looseness and falling off. Ensure smooth circuit and gas path.
Basic cleaning includes:
1. After shutdown, the blanking port shall be cleaned in time in each shift to prevent corrosion.
2. Photoelectric tracking light head, namely electric eye, should be cleaned regularly to ensure small error of cursor tracking.
3. The materials scattered on the machine should be cleaned in time to keep the parts clean.
4. Clean the dust in the electric control box regularly to prevent poor contact and other faults.
5. The transmission and moving parts of the newly installed machinery must be checked, tightened and maintained within one week; After that, regular inspection and maintenance must be carried out every month;
Basic maintenance:
1. Regularly check the screws at all parts of the packaging machine to avoid looseness.
2. Pay attention to the waterproof, moisture-proof, anti-corrosion and rat proof of electrical parts. The electric control box and terminals should be kept clean to prevent electrical failure.
3. Regularly add oil to the meshing parts of gears, oil filling holes of bearings with seats and moving parts of the packing machine. When filling the lubricating oil, please pay attention not to drop the oil on the drive belt, so as to prevent the belt from slipping or aging.
