Stage 1: reliable, high strength dome valve to close the transmitter feed port
Stage 2: the conveying air is introduced into the transmitter through the fluidizing plate to make the dry ash charging and distributing more efficient
Stage 3: the ash is transported while fluidizing in the form of continuous dense phase
Stage 4: the applied air pressure is maintained until the dry ash enters the ash silo
Stage 5: the air entering the ash bin is discharged from the ash bin through the bag filter
The whole operation process is controlled by full-automatic PLC and local manual control.
