1、 Product overview

It is also called airflow transportation. It uses the energy of airflow to transport granular materials along the airflow direction in a closed pipe. It is a specific application of fluidization technology. The pneumatic conveying device is simple in structure and easy to operate. It can be used for horizontal, vertical or inclined conveying. In the conveying process, it can also carry out physical or chemical operations such as material heating, cooling, drying and air flow classification.

2、 Structure composition

Composition: 1: air source part 2: material seal pump 3: ash hopper and ash pipe 4: ash pipeline.

The factory is responsible for the material seal pump and ash hopper. The rest is provided by users. The material seal pump is composed of inlet part, diffusion mixing chamber and discharge part. The air inlet part is composed of an air inlet regulating valve, a movable air pipe, an adjusting mechanism, a nozzle, etc. The diffusion mixing chamber is composed of a pump body, a gasification device and an upper ash hopper, and the discharge part is composed of an ash discharge nipple of a diffuser (gradually reducing pipe and gradually expanding pipe).

3、 How it works

The low-pressure air from the air source enters the diffusion chamber of the pump body through the butterfly check valve of the regulating valve (or pressure reducing valve), the movable air pipe and the nozzle. When the powdery or granular material falls from the hopper and enters the high-speed air flow area between the nozzle and the diffuser, it is blown away. In addition, the gasification effect of the bottom gasification device makes the material gasified into suspension state. After that, the high-speed air flow is sent into the tapered pipe of the diffuser, flows through the throat diffusion pipe, enters the conveying pipeline, and is sent to the required discharge point, that is, the feeding process is completed.

4、 Equipment installation

1. In general, the material seal pump is suitable to be installed at the bottom of the material warehouse, and the blanking is smooth. If it can't be placed at the bottom of the library, it can also be placed beside it. But the inclined angle of the blanking pipe is more than or equal to 45 °。 If it is installed in the lower part of the dust hopper of the electrostatic precipitator, it can be equipped with one pump per bucket, or two buckets, two inclined pipes and one pump; Under special circumstances, four buckets and four inclined pipes can be inserted into a material seal pump, but the inclination of all inclined pipes should be greater than or equal to 45 °。

 2. Generally, the material seal pump can be placed on the hard horizontal ground without foundation and anchor bolt installation. When the air pipe and discharge pipe are connected, it can be put into operation. However, a flexible joint shall be installed when the air inlet pipe is connected with the pump pipe.

3. The total height of the material seal pump (including the ash hopper of the material seal pump) is generally 3.5-4.5m, which can be changed according to the actual situation on site.

4. The outlet direction of the material seal pump can be determined according to the site conditions. Generally, it is appropriate to exceed the location of the ash silo, or according to the direction of the pipeline.

5. The device requires that the gas emission of the dust collector on the top of the storehouse should be greater than the total amount of the material with air pumped by the material seal. Do not cause positive pressure in the silo, so as not to affect the work of ash conveying system.

6. The air source, material seal pump and ash conveying pipe should be well sealed, and the air leakage rate should be less than 0.2%.
